Izatt offers new iPhone 3.0 SDK Dev Course in Provo, Utah
Izatt International today announced a new 3-day iPhone Developers Training Course to be held October 8-10, 2009 at the Novell Campus in Provo, UT. Class will be 8:30am-5:30pm Thu-Sat. Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided each day, plus snacks and beverages.
Jason Izatt, an expert iPhone developer and instructor, will be covering topics ranging from XCode and Interface Builder to the Accelerometer and Core Animation. New topics from the 3.0 SDK include MapKit and iTunes access. Price is $1495 (USD); student price is $995.
“As an iPhone application developer, Izatt recognized the need to grow the iPhone app developer skill set in Utah. Rather than reaching outside the state for talent, we elected to offer training in collaboration with other iPhone development shops,” remarked Jason Izatt, CEO of Izatt International. “Our hope is that education opportunities like this will generate increased entrepreneurial activity and keep Utah on the forefront of technology innovation.”
Izatt has been offering such courses since January 2009. These courses have included a 3-day iPhone SDK course, a 2-day 3D iPhone Gaming course, and a 1-day Beginning Objective-C course. Many former students now have apps of their own in the iTunes App Store, have started companies of their own, or have found new employment doing iPhone development.
Information on the iPhone Development Course, including cost, curriculum and pre-requisites can be found on the Izatt International website.
